Booking & Payment

You will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after making your reservation.

For bookings made by telephone, a payment link will be sent by SMS or email.

The advance payment must be made no later than 5 days after receiving your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be received no later than 14 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Minimum Age

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old. At least one person over the age of 18 must be present throughout the stay.

Checking Your Booking Confirmation

After receiving the booking confirmation, the guest is responsible for checking that the dates, cabin type and all other booking details are correct.

Cancellation

If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be refunded. If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, no refund will be given.

Changes to a Booking

Changes made more than 15 days before the arrival date are possible for an administration fee of 250 DKK.

Changes made less than 15 days before arrival are treated as cancellations.

Force Majeure

Ørsted Outdoor may cancel or terminate the rental agreement due to force majeure. Force majeure includes war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, oil and petrol rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural and environmental disasters or comparable events.

In the event of force majeure, Ørsted Outdoor will inform the guest as soon as possible. No compensation or refund of amounts already paid will be provided.

Prices

Current prices are available on our website. We make every effort to avoid technical errors in our pricing but reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of obvious typing, pricing or system errors.

Included in the Rental Price

Use of the cabin and its equipment during the rental period, as well as final cleaning after departure.

Remember to Bring Bedding

Please bring your own bed sheets, sleeping bags or duvets, pillows and any necessary bed linen.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is normally between 3 PM and 5 PM (15:00–17:00). If you expect to arrive later, the key can be left in the cabin by prior arrangement.
Check-out is no later than 11 AM (11:00).

You are welcome to arrive before check-in and enjoy fishing, footgolf or our family activities. On weekdays, you may contact us to ask whether earlier access to your cabin is possible.

Quiet Hours & Vehicle Traffic

Cleaning & Final Cleaning

Guests are responsible for daily cleaning. Cleaning equipment is provided in the cabin. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price.

Before departure, guests must wash the dishes and leave the cabin tidy. All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated waste bins.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, and dog waste must be collected and disposed of in a waste bin. The price is 40 DKK per dog.

Smoking

All cabins are non-smoking accommodation. Smoking inside the cabins is not permitted. A cleaning fee of 1,500 DKK will be charged if this rule is broken. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the terraces.

Guest Responsibility

Guests must comply with all rules applicable at Ørsted Outdoor. The person renting the cabin is fully responsible for its contents and for any damage or defects occurring during the stay.

The person who entered into the rental agreement is also responsible for damage caused by other people included in the reservation.

The cabin may only be occupied by the number of people for which it is approved and booked. At least one person over 18 must be present throughout the stay.

Electricity & Heating

Electricity is charged at 3.50 DKK per kWh. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure. Electricity consumption is paid in the shop when returning the key.

All cabins are heated electrically.
